High performance briquetter
The company “Zerma-Ukraine” produces high-performance briquettes under the trademark “Green Bull” for the production of fuel briquettes for industrial and household use, as well as fodder briquettes.
The fuel briquette is formed with a size of 32×32 mm, and the length of the briquette is adjustable and is 60 – 120 mm. Fuel briquettes can be made from wood waste, agricultural waste biomass, straw, lignin, peat, solid household waste (RDF briquettes), polyethylene waste and synthetic materials, etc.
Fodder briquettes made from hay or straw, and even fodder mixtures, have a number of advantages over loose fodder because more convenient for transportation and longer storage.
The briquetting machine works with raw materials with a moisture content of up to 30%, which makes it possible not to use expensive drying units.
With a relatively small installed capacity of up to 60 kW, the PB-45 briquette maker produces up to 3 tons of briquettes per hour. Nominal electricity consumption 35-40 kWh.
