The drum dryer can be used for drying wood chips, sawdust, straw, sand, crushed stone, lignin, chicken droppings, cattle droppings, all non-forage agricultural waste, solid household waste (MSW, RDF) and other bulk materials
The tumble dryer is reliable and guarantees ease of operation and maintenance along with high productivity.

The “Green Bull” rotary drum dryer is equipped with a heat generator with a capacity of 1MW to 2MW, which runs on fuel pellets, briquettes or biomass waste. Fuel supply is carried out in automatic mode under the control of a Siemens microprocessor. The drum dryer is equipped with a spark arrester to prevent ignition of raw materials at high temperatures up to 8000C. The rotation of the drum is carried out with the help of a motor with frequency control to regulate the speed of passage of raw materials. At the exit, a cyclone for removing dust and a smoke extractor for removing flue gases are installed.

At the enterprise “Zerma-Ukraine”, at the request of the customer, the drum-type dryer can be insulated with high-temperature heat-insulating material and lined with a profile sheet for its economical use.
